Netorian is seeking an Enterprise Architect (Junior/Mid-Level).

Description of Work

The project team will collaborate with the Office of Information Technology to provide seamless integrated support for all IT services for the Prince George’s County Government 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on-site support is required when the County opens the EOC during major events such as hurricanes, snowstorms, etc.

The service desk will be responsible for managing and executing all incident management and request fulfillment processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.

The project team shall record all incidents and requests in the County’s EasyVista ITSM system.

The project team will provide management and ownership of incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.

The project team shall follow ITIL best practices in Service Desk Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, and Configuration Management.

Experience:

• Knowledge and experience with the following:
• Work under the direction of Enterprise Architect
• Provide consulting support in establishing and maintaining EA program
• Develop EA procedures and templates for data collection
• Experience using Planview’s Troux Enterprise Architecture tool
• Document existing applications and system architectures in Troux, centralized EA Tool
• Develop technology standards and roadmaps
• Knowledge of TOGAF, certification a plus
