Netorian is seeking a Junior Web Developer to develop new and support existing systems for a state agency.

Employment Type: Full-Time. We CANNOT sponsor candidates.

Location: Pikesville, MD (Work on site. No telecommuting or remote option).

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

General Experience:

• Demonstrate capabilities in at least two of the following disciplines: system analysis, system programming, application programming, and equipment analysis.

Specialized Experience:

• Knowledge of applications development using advanced technologies, including Internet protocols and web-based technology with proficiency in all or most of the following:
• VB.NET and ASP.NET.
• WCF web services.
• XML and XSD files.
• Team Foundation Server and source control.
• Entity Framework.
• Web forms/WinForms.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM.

Preferred (but not required):

• Knowledge of DevExpress.

Duties:

• Plan and execute the implementation of new and existing systems.
• Mentor personnel to improve their skills and knowledge of the systems.
• Perform Operations and Maintenance on Windows application modules.
• Assist in the development of plans for acquisition and implementation of future systems and technologies
