Netorian is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

• DoD security clearance (Secret) required. Must be a US citizen

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
• Four (4) years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education

Experience Required:

• A minimum of ten (10) years related experience.

Description of Work:

The Senior Software Engineer will apply expert technical knowledge in software architecture and capabilities in support of transformation of the Army initiatives and the fielding of digitized information infrastructures to the active and reserve components (including the analysis of user requirements, preparation of plans and associated documentation, conducting test and demonstration events, multi-organization coordination, performing risk assessments, and executing similar activities relevant to systems engineering and integration).

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Software analysis, tracking of trouble tickets, and engaging with vendors.
• Investigating/verifying/validating problems and following up with vendor solutions to ensure problems are fixed (HW and SW -- majority are SW). Test background is a help as work will be resultant of the test activities and from the user community. After testing in ULTR-A Lab, problems are verified and using JiRA to track issues. Corrective actions are added to the item as it passes through the lifecycle. Must be good with detail, repetitive processes, able to document information.
• Working with cyber teams/labs, vendors and engaging support requirements.
• Applying internal cross-product understandings to meet objectives.
• Applying CM experience to meet objectives.
• Running meetings and participating in ECB's and CCB's.
• Laying out processes in a simple manner.
• Developing coherent documentation.
