Netorian is seeking a Network Architect (T2C2).

Description of Work:

• Provides extensive lab testing to determine optimal technologies for use within the Transportable Tactical Command Communication (T2C2) program.
• Develops and contributes to the development of T2C2 System Specifications and the T2C2 Systems Engineering Plan.
• Develops the network architecture for T2C2 to ensure program meets all CPD requirements while also ensuring a seamless integration into the WIN-T backbone.
• Develops the T2C2 software baseline which will allow the program to be seamlessly integrated into the WIN-T software architecture.
• Provides program with technical analysis of potential product vendors that have or will compete for contract award of T2C2.
• Completes the KG-250X WIN-T Interoperability Report which was submitted to PM WIN-T for network architecture reviews.

Additional/future work requirements:

• Design, configure and troubleshoot T2C2 network during Initial Operation Test Event (IOTE) during NIE 17.2 to ensure program receives FRP decision.
• Validate CPD requirements, network configurations and architecture during T2C2 Product Verification Test (PVT)
• Assist in T2C2 network integration of all risk reduction activities including PEO Systems of Systems Risk Reduction (SoSRR) and Lab Based Risk Reduction (LBRR) in preparation for AWA 17.1 and NIE 17.2
• Complete all IA scans of T2C2 systems to ensure IA compliance is met across the system
• Assist PdM INC1 RHN program in ensuring T2C2 network can be interoperable with WIN-T architecture
• Coordinate with PEO C3T TNACC to ensure T2C2 network configurations baselines meet requirements and ensure public IP addressing meets current BOI requirements
• Assist in fielding of T2C2 systems to Army units to ensure contractor meets all contract requirements
• Assist PdM SATCOM in developing technical specifications for future procurements

Experience:

• Must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of all duties and responsibilities listed above.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field.

Certifications:

• CCNP certification required.

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Travel Required:

• Must be willing to travel 30 to 40%.
