Netorian is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Compensation: Up to $127,000.00/yr. based on experience and qualifications.

Location: Alexandria, VA (some light travel may be required).

Clearances: Must have at least a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Other: Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Education & Certifications:

Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (computer science, information systems, etc.)
• At least one of the following: CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.

Preferred (but not required):

• Additional cyber security certifications such as CSSP Analyst (CSSP-A), Infrastructure Support (CSSP-IS), Incident Responder (CSSP-IR), Auditor (CSSP-AU), and/or Manager (CSSP-SPM)
• Technical leadership experience.

Experience:

Required:

• Eight (8) years of overall experience and at least seven (7) years of experience in cyber technology or a related area.
• Must be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of cyber security concepts, practices, and procedures and the ability to apply them effectively.

Preferred (but not required):

• Technical leadership experience.

Duties:

• Serve as Technical Lead for various projects.
• Perform cyber analytics, compliance reporting, data mining, web application security, and ACAS and HBSS supplemental support.
• Perform cyber security analysis, oversee penetration testing, support SharePoint and Intelink site administration, and provide general cyber security guidance and improvements.
• Evaluate emerging Security Information Appliance technologies and recommend how and when to incorporate new technologies into the security infrastructure.
• Plan and implement systems to provide cyber certification and accreditation, cyber security authorization process, continuous monitoring, contingency planning and disaster recovery, and provide information system security officer (ISSO) support.
• Review, recommend, and/or develop security architecture for new systems.
• Mentor and oversee Journeyman and Intermediate Cyber Security staff members.
• Provide IA training, cyber compliance reporting, and general cyber security.
