Netorian is seeking a Technical Writer to support the Enterprise Security Information and Event Management (e-SIEM) Project.

Clearance: MUST have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.  Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time. We CANNOT sponsor candidates for this position.

Compensation: Up to $100K per year (depending on qualifications and experience) with full benefits.

Location: Aberdeen, MD (telecommute is authorized).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in the cyber security field developing and/or updating cyber security-related documentation.
• Experience with documentation development for systems down to the technical component, software, firmware, and interface level.
• Experience writing technical content and tailoring the format based on the target audience.
• Demonstrated ability to complete, track, update, rewrite, and peer review technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to follow engineering processes and verify technical requirements.

Duties:

• Provide direct support for the architecture development team, participate in design meetings to capture required data, and maintain responsibility for outlining and organizing all report material, including seeking team reviews throughout the draft process.
• Create reports that will discuss the architecture, design rationale, and steps required for operational use.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
