Description
Netorian is seeking a mid-level SharePoint Developer to support the Army’s PEO C3T program on Tactical Radios.
Employment Type:
- Full-time, exempt.
Compensation:
- Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
Location:
- Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD.
Travel:
- 10% or less.
Security Clearance:
- Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Education:
- Minimum of a BA or BS degree from an accredited University or College.
- Significant professional experience my be considered in lieu of degree.
Certifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certified (baseline and computing environment, typically a current Security+ CE certification and SharePoint certification.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Military, Federal, or Government Customers. Active Army CAC.
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a SharePoint Developer supporting business applications.
- Demonstrable experience with SharePoint 2016 and migrating earlier versions (SharePoint 2013) to SharePoint 2016.
- Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflow.
- Experience with .Net and JavaScript is necessary for success in this position.
- Experience developing .NET and JavaScript code using best practices.
- Demonstrable skill designing and coding application user Interfaces.
- UML modeling experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio skills.
- MS OneNote and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with InfoPath.
- Excellent presentation and whiteboarding skills.
- Workflow design, development, troubleshooting.
- Records Management/Knowledge Management.
- Business Process Improvement.
Description of Work:
Netorian is seeking a mid-level SharePoint Developer to support the Army’s PEO C3T program on Tactical Radios.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, enhance, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications ensuring access, reliability, availability, and usability to current and new users.
- Develop new SharePoint 2016 sites/sub-sites, applications, and enhancements.
- Lead and execute the migration of SharePoint 2013 content to SharePoint 2016.
- Integrate SharePoint with processes, workflows, e-mail alerts, data visualization, relational database management and/or data hub to connect multiple data sources for business intelligence.
- Automate data exports and imports from a database as well as pull data from a database.
- Implement governance to streamline the deployment of products and technologies, reduce support costs, increase ability to retrieve information and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track utilization metrics.
- Enhance search capability to facilitate knowledge management, knowledge transfer and staff collaboration.
- Develop custom pages using .NET and JavaScript.
