Description

Netorian is seeking a Process Analyst.

Employment Type:

  • Full-time, exempt.

Compensation:

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • An MBA is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Process Analyst, on large and complex projects.
  • Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
  • Strong business/client engagement skills.
  • Experience developing business requirements.
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
  • High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio.
  • Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
  • Knowledge of process engineering software systems.

All candidates selected for interviews will be required to take a brief test to show proficiency. For the exam, candidates will be logged into a test environment and asked to perform at least three tasks.

Description of Work:

  • Work closely with the business owners to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.
  • Facilitating workshops with SME's.
  • Meeting with functional managers to assess existing processes.
  • Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
  • Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
  • Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
  • Ensuring processes comply with policies and quality standards.
  • Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
  • Performing optimization tests and risk assessments.
  • Documentation of process and workflows.
  • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
  • Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
  • Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
  • Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
  • Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
  • Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
