Description
Netorian is seeking a Process Analyst.
Employment Type:

Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- At least five (5) years of experience as a Process Analyst, on large and complex projects.
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
- Strong business/client engagement skills.
- Experience developing business requirements.
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio.
- Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems.
All candidates selected for interviews will be required to take a brief test to show proficiency. For the exam, candidates will be logged into a test environment and asked to perform at least three tasks.
Description of Work:
- Work closely with the business owners to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.
- Facilitating workshops with SME's.
- Meeting with functional managers to assess existing processes.
- Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
- Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
- Ensuring processes comply with policies and quality standards.
- Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
- Performing optimization tests and risk assessments.
- Documentation of process and workflows.
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
- Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
- Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
- Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
