Netorian is seeking a PMM Application Tester.

Netorian is seeking a resource to do PMM Application Testing through the full software development lifecycle. The objective is to provide thorough testing of application functions in order to deliver a high-quality product that will meet business goals and objectives.

Employment Type:

• Remote with potential for occasional meetings in the Baltimore, Maryland office location.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.

Experience:

General Experience:

• At least four (4) years of experience with testing in software development projects. Experience in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects (including using test automation, test strategy, developing and executing test scripts and test plans).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized.

Specialized Experience:

• Experience in quality assurance concepts and best practices.
• Experience creating test cases and writing manual test scripts.
• Experience in running tests for application functions.
• Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect management tools (HP ALM, Bugzilla, JIRA etc.).

• Experience with Healthcare domain.

Description of Work:

The PMM Application Tester’s responsibilities will include:

• Create and document test plans, execute tests, analyze results, and report problems and anomalies, all via the lens of business end users.
• Operate in SAFe Agile approach to support testing needs.
• Work closely and collaboratively with both MDH business partners, PMO and Vendor technical delivery teams to understand business requirements.
• Ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned and notify management about bottlenecks and other issues and risks.
• Assist Business subject matter experts and business analysts in the development of UAT test scenarios leveraging SIT test cases (if possible).
• Participate in defect triage meetings and demos.
• Report weekly status to Quality Assurance Testing Lead.
